Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is presently among the most best-selling weight loss and muscle building ebooks available nowadays. It’s written by Tom Venuto, who claims that the book will “reveal the simple proven science of fat loss.” A lot of people say that this is one of the greatest physical fitness ebooks ever written; therefore I decided to take a look at this ebook.

Allow me to just state that before I even decided to purchase it, I was truly skeptical about the ebook. Seriously, for the weight loss category, I have learned about so many diet fads that “claim” to be efficient. I was believing that this ebook was lying about the same matter… whatever method was used in Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle could have just been a gimmick.

And then when it comes to building up muscle… how can this ebook be unlike all those other weight lifting books? He shows you some physical exercises, displays a program, the end. What’s so different? A lot of pro muscle builders have created ebooks!

The sole reason why I discovered it, and why I eventually gave in and bought it, was due to a friend of mine. He recommended it to me (and then continued nagging me to buy it!). I didn’t see him for approximately a month, but he sent out a message to me claiming that he had lost twenty-three lbs by applying the techniques in this ebook. Naturally, I believed he was lying, but then I visited him in person, and then there was proof of him looking much more muscular than when I last saw him.
